<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patch for applying to skin so as to cover a wound or the like which is highly absorbent to exudate from the wound, difficult to be swollen by the exudate, drug solution, or the like, and flexible without damaging its adhesiveness. <；P>；SOLUTION: The patch 10 includes a foam 11 having one side overlaid with a resin film 21. The foam 11 is a water-absorbing polyester polyurethane foam, and the resin film 21 is a thermoplastic polyurethane film. The water-absorbing polyester polyurethane foam contains an anionic surfactant as a foam-controlling agent, and the thermoplastic polyurethane films are bonded by welding, which allow the foam to be highly absorbent to exudate and difficult to be swollen, and to be flexible without damaging its adhesiveness. <；P>；COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
