PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable absorbent article which is excellent in diffusivity of excreted liquid, can effectively absorb the excreted liquid, and can prevent the excreted liquid from returning to the skin of a wearer.
SOLUTION: The disposable absorbent article has a front surface sheet 3, a rear surface sheet 4, and an absorbent article body 2 having an absorbent body 5 located between the upper surface sheet 3 and the rear surface sheet 4. The absorbent article body 2 has a front side part 6, a central part 7, and a rear side part 8 in this order along a longitudinal direction. An absorbent body 5 has an upper layer absorbent body 11 located in the front face sheet 3 side and a lower layer absorbent body 12 located in the rear face sheet 4 side. An upper layer opening hole part 13 is arranged along the longitudinal direction of the upper layer absorbent body 11. A lower layer groove part 14 is arranged along the longitudinal direction of the lower layer absorbent body 12. Further, the absorbent body 5 has an absorbent body concave part 15 formed by overlapping the upper layer opening hole part 13 and a part of the lower layer groove part 14 and a liquid permeating part 16 formed by overlapping the part other than the upper layer opening hole part 13 of the upper layer absorbent body 11 and a part of the lower layer groove part 14.
