PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to easily and accurately acquire a plurality of OCT signals with respect to the same part.SOLUTION: An optical coherence tomography device comprises: control means for acquiring a first front image by means of a front observation optical system when acquiring a plurality of OCT signals in a first scanning region of a subject, and acquiring a second front image by means of the front observation optical system after acquiring the plurality of OCT signals in the first scanning region and after acquiring the first front image; and a determination means for determining quality of the plurality of OCT signals acquired in the first scanning region on the basis of a result of detection of a positional deviation between the first front image and the second front image, wherein the control means acquires each of a plurality of timewisely different OCT signals with respect to at least two scanning regions on the subject by means of an OCT optical system and, after acquiring a plurality of OCT signals in every scanning region, reacquiring a plurality of OCT signals in each scanning region whose plurality of OCT signals has been determined as poor by the determination means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】 同一の部位に関して、複数のOCT信号を容易に精度よく取得することができる。【解決手段】 被検体上の第1走査領域において、複数のOCT信号の取得時に、正面観察光学系によって第1正面画像を取得し、第1走査領域における複数のOCT信号の取得以後であって、第1正面画像の取得の後に正面観察光学系によって第2正面画像を取得する制御手段と、第1正面画像と、第2正面画像と、の位置ずれの検出結果に基づいて、第1走査領域において取得された複数のOCT信号の良否を判定する判定手段と、を備え、制御手段は、OCT光学系によって、被検体上における少なくとも2つ以上の走査領域に関して時間的に異なる複数のOCT信号をそれぞれ取得し、複数のOCT信号の取得が全走査領域で完了した後、判定手段によって複数のOCT信号が良好でないと判定された走査領域での複数のOCT信号を再取得する。【選択図】 図1
