PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decoration body free from a fear that a hung planter or the like touches glass when hanging to a window frame, and excellent in designability.SOLUTION: This decoration body includes a seat part 1, a decoration part 2, and a fixation member 4 connecting the seat part 1 and the decoration part 2. The seat part 1 has an almost U shape part 11 to be engaged, having two arm parts 12 and 13, and is fixed to a building frame 100 with a mounting tool 3. The decoration part 2 has an engagement part 21 to be engaged with the part 11 to be engaged, and the engagement part 21 is put between the two arm parts 12 and 13 to hide the mounting tool 3, and has a section polygonal shape at least on the side of the seat part 1, and a plurality of contact surfaces 22. The part 11 to be engaged has a contacted surface 14 with which the contact surface 22 of the engagement part 21 is brought into contact.
