A composition comprising a compound of formula (I) CHCH(OH)C(=O)NRRwhere Rand Rarc each independently hydrogen or Calkyl, Calkenyl or Ccycloalkyl, each of which is optionally substituted by up to three substituents independently selected from phenyl, hydroxy, Calkoxy, morpholinyl and NRRwhere Rand Rare each independently Calkyl or phenyl optionally substituted by up to three substituents independently selected from Calkyl or Rand Rtogether with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached form a morpholinyl, pyrrolidinyl, piperidinyl or azepanyl ring, each of which is optionally substituted by up to three substituents independently selected from Calkyl and at least one biologically active compound, which comprises at least one aromatic five and/or six tnembered ring wherein the ring contains at least one nitrogen as a ring member, with the provisos (i) that the composition does not contain cyproconazole when the compound of formula (1) is selected from the group consisting of N-butoxypropyl lactamide 1-(hydroxyethyl) piperidinyl lactamide N-methyl-N-propyl lactamide N-(1-ethylpropyl) lactamideN, N-dimethyl lactamide N-1,4-dimethylpentyl lactamide N-(2-hydroxyethyl)-N-benzyl lactamide N-Morpholinyl lactamide N-methyl-N-butyl lactamide N-Isobutyl lactamide N-Allyl lactamide N-Ethyl lactamide N-Ethyl-N-(2-hydroxyethyl) lactamide and N-isopropyl lactamide and (ii) that the biologically active compound is not nicotinic acid when the compound of formula (1) is diethyl-lactamide.
