PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily hair-coloring agent in which a specific amount of organic polymer powder is formulated with a pigment.SOLUTION: The oily hair-coloring agent is obtained by formulating an oily hair-coloring agent with a pigment and a specific amount of organic polymer powder. The content of the organic polymer powder is preferably 5-40 wt.%, further preferably 10-25 wt.%. An acrylic or silicon-based powder is preferably used as the type of the organic polymer powder.
