The present invention relates to a joint correction system which enables a joint such as a spine to be corrected and treated within a certain range of activities. Conventionally, in a separate mechanical device, a joint is corrected by pulling a joint such as a spine or wearing a correction clothes such that it is difficult to expect the effect because the time for performing the correction is short, and in the case of correction clothes, there are restrictions on activities. To solve this problem, the joint correction system comprises: a support plate installed on a ceiling within a user′s action radius； a moving means movably provided on the support plate； and an elastic means coupled to the moving means and exerting an elastic force, wherein the elastic force of the elastic means acts on the user to pull the joint of the user. Therefore, while the moving means moves a certain area on the support plate provided on the ceiling, the elastic means is connected to a protection worn by the user such that correction and treatment are performed in the state where traction of the joint such as the spine is performed. The daily life is possible without being restricted by the treatment time, and the correction and treatment effects are further improved. The structure of the joint correction system is simple and the installation cost thereof is low.
