The present invention relates to a drug delivery device and a manufacturing method thereof, and more particularly, to a drug delivery device, which can deliver a drug while minimizing damage to biological tissue and simultaneously measure an electrical signal while in close contact with the biological tissue or apply electrical stimulation to the biological tissue, and a manufacturing method thereof. A configuration of the present invention provides a drug delivery device that is characterized by including a substrate unit that is inserted into a human body and includes a porous insertion part having one or more discharge pores, wherein the insertion part can be deformed to correspond to the shape of the biological tissue while expanding and contracting according to the injection and discharge of the drug therein, and the insertion part is provided to deliver the injected drug to the biological tissue while in close contact with the biological tissue.La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'administration de médicament et son procédé de fabrication, et plus particulièrement, un dispositif d'administration de médicament qui peut administrer un médicament tout en réduisant au minimum les dommages du tissu biologique et mesurer simultanément un signal électrique tout en étant en contact étroit avec le tissu biologique ou appliquer une stimulation électrique au tissu biologique, et son procédé de fabrication. Selon un mode de réalisation, l'invention concerne un dispositif d'administration de médicament qui est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une unité de substrat qui est insérée dans un corps humain et comprend une partie d'insertion poreuse ayant un ou plusieurs pores de décharge, la partie d'insertion pouvant être déformée pour correspondre à la forme du tissu biologique tout en se dilatant et se contractant en fonction de l'injection et de la décharge du médicament à l'intérieur de celle-ci, et la partie d'insertion étant conçue pour administrer le médicament
