FIELD: biochemistry.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biochemistry. Device is proposed for bilateral decellulization of vascular grafts of different diameters and a method for optimizing operation of the device (variants). Device comprises a flow-through vertical chamber with three tanks, a system for indicating the readiness of grafts or emergency situations, pipes for supply and removal of medium, components for vertical and horizontal fixing of grafts in the upper and lower reservoirs. Upper and lower tanks have, on all sides except the base, ports for supply and discharge pipes and for test equipment, and the intermediate tank has one port in the lid and up to five ports in the base. Method comprises mixing the liquid in tanks where the device or removable bottom of the lower tank is connected with a wire with an orbital shaker or the device is mounted on a magnetic stirrer with an anchor in the lower tank, either a magnetic stirrer is installed perpendicular to the device and used for vertical and horizontal rotation of the fixed graft, or the supply tube of the device is connected to the protrusion of the head of the peristaltic pump for controlled rotation of the graft.EFFECT: inventions provide high-performance procedure for careful washing of vascular grafts from cells.5 cl, 1 dwg
