This invention relates to a balance and coordination occupational therapy apparatus for feet and eyes. The apparatus includes a main body, a rolling ball channel portion, a rolling ball provider, and a controller. The main body is provided for the user to step on and to control the balance condition. This rolling ball channel portion is disposed on the main body. The user can watch the rolling ball moving within a maze of the rolling ball channel portion. Meanwhile, the user can adjust the main body in a tilted or a balanced condition, so as to make the rolling ball falling into a specific hole. The rolling ball provider can provide the rolling ball again for next training. Also, the score can be calculated and recorded. Therefore, this invention is interesting during the occupational therapy process. Its structure is simple. It is easy to operate. Plus, it can be used as a game.本發明係為一種腳眼協調平衡職能治療裝置，其包括一主體、一滾珠通道部、一滾珠提供裝置及一控制部，此主體用以供使用者的雙腳踩踏而可以下半球部進行傾斜狀態之調整；此滾珠通道部係設於主體的上面，使用者一邊用眼睛看著滾珠通道部的滾珠在迷宮式通道內移動，一邊控制主體作平衡狀態之調整動作，使滾珠可滾進位在迷宮通道預定處的滾珠落孔，並滾回滾珠提供裝置，以供下次使用，再由控制部計算滾珠進孔的分數與累計的分數，故，本案兼具在遊戲中進行復健具趣味性且效果佳、結構簡單易於操作與可用於比賽等優點及功效。
