The invention relates to the use of a protein of fungal origin called AFPA and/or compositions comprising said protein in the control of pathogens of fruit and/or vegetables in post-harvest. De la misma manera, la presente invención también se refiere al método de obtención de dicha proteína. Alternativamente, la proteína AfpA de la invención y composiciones que la comprenden, son también útiles en el ámbito biosanitario, específicamente para su uso como medicamento y más específicamente como medicamento para el tratamiento de patologías causadas por hongos.La présente invention se rapporte à l'utilisation d'une protéine d'origine fongique appelée AfpA et/ou à des compositions qui comprennent ladite protéine, dans la lutte contre des agents pathogènes de fruits et/ou de légumes après la récolte. De même, cette invention porte sur la méthode d'obtention de ladite protéine.
