PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of detecting a current direction and a current speed of an ocean current by suppressing unnecessary reflection in an ocean radar device.SOLUTION: A receiver 4 receives radio waves radiated from a transmitter 1 and reflected on a sea surface. A signal processor 5 generates radar data as Doppler spectrum distribution for each cell divided by distance and azimuth. An SSR 11 and an AIS 14 acquire information about a location and speed of airplanes and ships travelling in a radar coverage region. A data conversion unit 18 converts the location and speed of the airplanes and ships acquired by the SSR 11 and the AIS 14 into a signal corresponding to the location and speed from the radar. A synthesis processing unit 9 outputs radar data by removing the signal corresponding to the location and speed of mobile bodies in the radar data.
