A rice de-clumping device which comprises de-clumping chambers (21 22 23 ��) into which the cooked rice is filled air jetting ports (31) for jetting high velocity air on the rice inside the de-clumping chambers and collection chambers (26 27) adjacent to the de- clumping chambers with a wall therebetween is used. High velocity air is jetted from the air jetting ports and blown on the rice inside the de-clumping chambers. The rice is scattered and floated by the air and the rice that floats over the walls is collected in the collection chambers.
