PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a veterinary treatment and surgical bed in which it is not necessary to retain an animal to be treated so that it keeps a constant posture, or it is possible to reduce a physical burden on a person to retain the animal.SOLUTION: A sink 20 is formed in a very shallow ship bottom shape. The sink 20 is detachably fixed to a rectangular horizontal frame 27, and the rectangular horizontal frame 27 is supported by extendable legs 30 and 31 through rotation shafts 33 and 34. Also, the rectangular horizontal frame 27 is inclined by actuators 42 and 43 connected to support members 44a and 44b provided to a beam material 32 with the rotation shafts 33 and 34 as axes. Thus, the sink 20 can be inclined both in a longitudinal direction and a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction by operating the extendable legs 30 and 31, and the actuators 42 and 43.
