The present invention aims to provide the nasal cavity cleaning apparatus which can control the injection pressure of the cleaning liquid injected from the nasal cavity cleaning apparatus and can adjust the temperature of the cleaning liquid to the temperature similar to the body temperature to wash the nasal cavity.비강 세척기를 제공한다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 비강 세척기는 비강 내에 삽입되어 세척액을 분사하는 비강 세척기로서, 상기 세척액을 수용하는 수용부(10), 상기 수용부(10) 상측에 연결되며 중공(21)이 형성된 분사부(20) 및 상기 수용부(10) 내에 수용되며 상기 세척액을 가압하는 가압부재(30)를 포함하며,상기 가압부재(30)는, 상기 수용부(10)의 바닥면과 상기 가압부재(30) 사이의 거리가 상기 수용부(10)의 바닥면과 상기 세척액 사이의 거리보다 짧은 제1 위치일 때 상기 세척액을 가압할 수 있다.
