A planting watering device and a pipe assembly structure thereof are provided. The planting watering device comprises a main pipe, a plurality of stop valves assembled on the main pipe, and at least a branch pipe selectively insertedly-connected to any one of the stop valves so as to communicate with the main pipe. Each stop valve comprises a base and a soft valve body. The soft valve body having an inserting part provided for being inserted by the branch pipe is utilized to plug in the base so as to close the inserting part, allowing the stop valves without being plugged with the branch pipe to stop the water in the main pipe from flowing out. Besides, the disclosed pipe assembly structure of the main pipe and the branch pipe is further provided with a plug-and-play function.
