Injectable or topical pharmaceutical composition comprising compounds (I), (III) or (II) are provided, wherein -R2 is a straight or branched polymeric moiety； -R1, -R4- and -Rx are independently selected from linkers that are capable of in vivo cleavage to form (A)； n is 2-50, and R3, R5 and Ry are independently selected from methyl and ethyl.
