PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for synthesis of anti-infective, anti-proliferative, anti-inflammatory, and prokinetic agents.SOLUTION: There is provided a process for preparation of formula (I). These compounds are useful as anti-infective, anti-proliferative, anti-inflammatory, and prokinetic agents. The process for preparation of a compound (I) includes: a step 1 of combining a compound (II) represented by formula (II) with a compound (III) represented by formula (III) in a solvent, optionally in the presence of a copper catalyst, to form a compound (IV) represented by formula (IV)； and a step 2 of combining a compound (IV) with a compound (V) represented by formula (V) in a solvent in the presence of a reducing agent to form a compound (VI) represented by formula (VI).【課題】抗感染剤、抗増殖剤、抗炎症剤および運動促進剤を合成する方法を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明は、式（Ｉ）を製造するための方法に関する。これらの化合物は、抗感染剤、抗増殖剤、抗炎症剤および運動促進剤として有用である。化合物（Ｉ）を製造するための方法は、式（ＩＩ）で表される化合物（ＩＩ）と、式（ＩＩＩ）で表される化合物（ＩＩＩ）とを、溶媒中、場合によっては銅触媒の存在下で組み合わせ、式（ＩＶ）で表される化合物（ＩＶ）を得るステップ１と化合物（ＩＶ）を、式（Ｖ）で表される化合物（Ｖ）と、溶媒中、還元剤の存在下で組合せ、式（ＶＩ）で表される化合物（ＶＩ）を得るステップ２とを含む。【選択図】なし
