The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating gastrointestinal diseases comprising a mixture of an unripe Rubus crataegifolius extract and a bark extract of ulmus macrocarpa as an active ingredient. The mixture exhibits antibacterial effects against Helicobacter pylori, and can be usefully used in prevention or treatment of the gastrointestinal diseases by additionally mixing the mixture with a gardenia jasminoides extract or lactobacillus sp., thereby increasing recovery of damaged tissues in a Helicobacter pylori-infected, alcoholic, stress-related or non-steroidal stomach damaged animal model.본 발명은 산딸기(Rubuscrataegifolius) 미숙과(RubiFructus) 추출물 및 왕느릅나무(Ulmus macrocarpa)의 유백피 추출물의 혼합물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 위장질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 상기 혼합물은 헬리코박터 파일로리(Helicobacer pylori)에 대한 항균 효과를 나타내며, 상기 혼합물에 치자 추출물 또는 락토바실러스 균주를 더 혼합하여 헬리코박터 파일로리 감염, 알코올성, 스트레스성 또는 비스테로이드성 위 손상 동물모델에서 손상된 조직의 회복을 높임으로써, 위장질환의 예방 또는 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
