PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant factory that can attain suppression of electricity charges, equalization of cultivation environments, and cultivation of cultivated crops.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, an individually sealed crop cultivation unit 1a and an air conditioner 2 are connected by a duct 3 to only control the temperature and humidity of the inside of the unit 1a. Air supply from the air conditioner 2 to the inside of the unit 1a is performed through a gas supply hole near the rhizome, which is the growth point of a cultivated crop underneath the unit 1a.
