The present invention is configured to measure a body center point in accordance with measurements of left and right body weight on the basis of left and right feet, and can measure distortion of a body by measuring angles of the feet on weight scales on which the left and right feet are respectively positioned while standing in an upright position. To this end, provided is a system for measuring body weight, a body center point, and body distortion using an angle of view and body weight measurements. The system comprises: a front, left, and right view generating device (200) configured to induce a view toward the front, the left, and the right of a user at a predetermined angle by generating light that enables the user to see the front, and worn on the head or the face of the user； a body distortion measurement weight device (100) configured to measure left and right weight and the total weight of the user when the left and right feet of the user are located respectively and sense angles of feet in accordance with pressure of feet applied from a plurality of locations of the left and right feet (soles), wherein body distortion of the user can be measured by sensing, using a plurality of sensors, body weight and angles of feet when the user is located in an original position, and the angles of the left and right feet while standing in an upright position in accordance with left and right weight and left and right feet pressure sensing induced toward left and right sides respectably by the front, left, and right view generating device (200), respectively； and external display devices (300, 400) configured to receive and display data regarding left and right weight, the total weight, and the left and right feet pressure sensed by the body distortion measurement weight device (100).
