PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intracranial pressure estimation method that makes it possible to accurately estimate intracranial pressure by using a noninvasive and simple device.SOLUTION: An intracranial pressure estimation method comprises: a step S20 of acquiring the intracranial pressure of multiple subjects and time series data of an ear canal internal pressure pulse wave an explanatory variable calculation step S21 of calculating multiple explanatory variables about the ear canal internal pressure pulse wave data of each period of the acquired ear canal internal pressure pulse wave a step S22 of dividing the ear canal internal pressure pulse wave data into multiple groups, on the basis of the acquired intracranial pressure data a step of performing multiple regression analysis about the explanatory variables by using the intracranial pressure data as objective variables every group, and calculating regression coefficients corresponding to the explanatory variables and a step S23 of classifying the ear canal internal pressure pulse wave data in either of the multiple groups on the basis of the calculated explanatory variables about the ear canal internal pressure pulse wave data of a specific subject, and estimating the intracranial pressure on the basis of the explanatory variables and the calculated factor about the classified group.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】非侵襲的であり、かつ簡易な装置を用いることによって、精度よく頭蓋内圧を推定することを可能にする頭蓋内圧推定方法を提供する。【解決手段】頭蓋内圧推定方法は、複数の被験者の頭蓋内圧と外耳道内圧脈波の時系列データを取得する工程S20と、取得した外耳道内圧脈波の各期間の外耳道内圧脈波データについて、複数の説明変数を算出する説明変数算出工程S21と、取得した頭蓋内圧データに基づいて、外耳道内圧脈波データを複数のグループに分割する工程S22と、グループ毎に、頭蓋内圧データを目的変数とし、説明変数について重回帰分析を行い、説明変数に対応する回帰係数を算出する工程と、特定の被験者の外耳道内圧脈波データについて算出した説明変数に基づいて外耳道内圧脈波データを複数のグループのいずれかに分類し、説明変数と、分類したグループについて算出した係数とに基づいて、頭蓋内圧を推定する工程S23とを含む。【選択図】図12
