The present invention relates to an amphiphilic block copolymer having a nucleic acid molecule as a hydrophilic block, a method for producing the same, a polyion composite including the amphiphilic block copolymer and a cationic carrier, a self-assembly including the polyion composite, and a composition for carrying nucleic acids, including the self-assembly. More particularly, a nucleic acid molecule is contained as a hydrophilic block so that charge density and flexibility are increased and a polyion composite can be effectively produced thereby.
