CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for treating rosacea contains 0.001-30wt% of a photosensitizer, insole-3-acetic acid, as an active ingredient. The composition is manufactured in the form of an aqueous or non-aqueous suspension, a solution, a cream, an ointment, gel, syrup, a suppository, a tablet, a capsule, or a microdroplet spray. A photodynamic kit for treating rosacea contains the pharmaceutical composition, and a light source for irradiating in a wavelength of 280nm to 1,000nm.
