The sterilization apparatus having ultraviolet light includes a body, a light emitting component and a heat dissipating component. The body is detachably assembled to an opening of the container to contact a fluid of the container. The light emitting component is disposed on the body and emits ultraviolet light to irradiate the fluid of the container. The heat dissipating component is disposed in the body and is thermally coupled to the light emitting component.
