PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide diagnostic support information to which not only the state of ventilation but also the state of blood stream accompanying respiration are added.SOLUTION: An arithmetic unit 4 of the diagnostic dynamic imaging system 100 divides each of a plurality of frame images of a chest dynamic image captured by an imaging device 1 into a plurality of small regions, executes an image analysis for each corresponding small region among the plurality of frame images, and carries out ventilation determination processing for determining whether the state of each small area is abnormal or not, blood stream determination processing for determining whether the state of blood stream in each small region is abnormal or not, and abnormality determination processing for determining whether each small region is abnormal or not based on the result of determination made by the ventilation determination processing and the result of determination made by the blood stream determination processing.
