PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a penis holder capable of extended attachment and of stably holding a penis for a variety of purposes.SOLUTION: A penis holder 10 has a holder main body 11 of a shape formed by folding a linear member, the holder main body 11 including: a penis surrounding frame part 12 which is a frame through which the penis passes during attachment to a human body and a rearward extending part 14 which extends rearward from the penis surrounding frame part 12. During attachment to the human body: a scrotum vicinity part 121 of the penis surrounding frame part 12 is positioned in the vicinity of the scrotum a penis vicinity part 123 of the penis surrounding frame part 12 is positioned in the vicinity of the penis and a distal-end vertical part 124 of the penis surrounding frame part 12 contacts a front surface of the human body above the penis.
