PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraocular lens insertion instrument capable of suitably deforming and injecting an intraocular lens.SOLUTION: The intraocular lens insertion instrument includes: a passage 20b in which a space that an intraocular lens passes through narrows as approaching to the tip so as to fold the intraocular lens； and a protrusion part 46 for positioning at least a part of the tip portion of a support part at a side opposite to a side at which a first surface is arranged, with respect to a second surface formed at the opposite side of the first surface contacting a surface forming the passage on an end surface of the optical part in the optical axis direction, by protruding towards the inside of the passage and contacting the support part so as to deform the support part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
