The present invention provides IL2 engrafted in the CDR sequences of antibodies with a more desirable therapeutic profile than molecules known and used in the clinic. In particular, provided antibody cytokine engrafted protein compositions increase or maintain CD8 + T effector cells while decreasing the activity of Treg cells. In addition, the provided compositions have improved half-life, stability and productivity compared to recombinant human IL2 formulations such as Proleukin®.본 발명은 임상에 공지되어 사용되는 분자보다 바람직한 치료적 프로파일을 갖는 항체의 CDR 서열에 생착된 IL2를 제공한다. 특히, 제공된 항체 사이토카인 생착된 단백질 조성물은 Treg 세포의 활성을 감소시키면서 CD8+ T 효과기 세포를 증가시키거나 유지시킨다. 또한, 제공된 조성물은 Proleukin®과 같은 재조합 인간 IL2 제형에 비해 반감기, 안정성 및 생산성이 개선된다.
