The invention relates to medical equipment for surgical treatment of diseases and injuries of the spine. A retractor has two rings, removable blades and mechanism of their disclosure. The semicircles have brackets as mushroom pins and figured flat springs, which are located on the inner cylindrical surfaces on blades. An opening is made as slider, formed by two cylinders, which intersect at an angle. One has a threaded hole that is connected with the threaded rod set in the opening bracket shell with the possibility of rotation without axial movement. Another one has a hole to accommodate a cylindrical finger spring-loaded towards semirings, which is in meshing corresponds to semirings as forks, which are located near the construction. The opposite end of semirings is pivotally interconnected by means of plug and cylinder pin. Blades are thin-walled elastic shell. One blade is shaped like a hollow semi-cylinder with curly brackets notches on semirings, the another one is shaped like a hollow inverted truncated semi-cone that forms a semicircle with the outer surface of sickle window.
