The present invention relates to single-domain antibodies (sdAb) directed against intracellular components that induce a disorder or disease, and proteins and polypeptides comprising these sdAb. The invention also includes a composition comprising a nucleic acid encoding sdAb, a protein and polypeptide comprising sdAb, and a sdAb.
