The present invention relates to a mental symptom evaluation system utilizing audiovisual contents and bio-signal analysis. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the mental symptom evaluation system utilizing the audiovisual contents and bio-signal analysis includes: an audiovisual content realization apparatus selectively providing audiovisual contents related to mental symptoms or including mental symptom causing factors； a bio-signal detecting device which detects the bio-signals of a user coming in contact with the audiovisual contents to generate information and share the bio-signal information； and a mental symptom analysis module which monitors the change in the detected bio-signals on a real-time basis, analyzes the change pattern of the bio-signals, determines the mental symptoms and mental state of the user, and outputs the mental symptom evaluation result. The mental symptom evaluation system can analyze the change patterns of the bio-signals of the user or patient coming in contact with the audiovisual contents related to the mental symptoms or including mental symptoms causing factors in a morphological and orderly manner, thereby allowing the mental and psychological states to be accurately and objectively diagnosed. Accordingly, the diagnostic data can be used as objective evaluation data in clinical interviews.
