PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rod end holding device of a fishing rod, the device that is characterized by including an "anglers forearm support plate" to be directed upward always during standby and having a stopper mechanism so as to restrict the rotation of the anglers forearm support plate in order to support an anglers forearm when the caught fish is taken therein.SOLUTION: A stopper tooth 7a of a support plate 7 is not in grooves 2ca of a toothed stopper 2c during standby, so that the support plate 7 is always directed upward because it is free to rotate. When the caught fish is taken in, the support plate 7 presses an anglers forearm to make it slide downward, and the stopper tooth 7a enters the grooves 2ca of the toothed stopper 2c, and therefore the rotation of the support plate 7 is restrained. Thus, the anglers forearm can reliably be supported, and thereby the fishing catch is improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】 待機中は常に上を向くような「釣人前腕支え板」を備え、掛り魚を取り込む時は、釣人の前腕を確実に支えるために、該釣人前腕支え板の回転を拘束できるようなストッパー機構を有することを特徴とする釣竿の竿尻保持器具を提供する。【解決手段】 待機中は、支え板7のストッパー歯7aが歯付ストッパー2cの溝2caに入っていないので、支え板7は回転自由だから常に上向きとなっている。掛り魚を取り込む時は、支え板7が釣人前腕を押し付けるから下方にスライドし、ストッパー歯7aが歯付ストッパー2cの溝2caに進入するので支え板7の回転を拘束する。かくして釣人前腕を確実に支えることができるので釣果向上につながる。【選択図】図1
