PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fruit juice squeezer which can collect seeds by separating them from fruit juice and pulp and is efficient and also excellent in hygiene.SOLUTION: A fruit juice squeezer comprises: a squeezing part 110 against which fruit is pressed and a reservoir part 140 which receives fruit juice squeezed by the squeezing part. The fruit juice squeezer comprises a deseeding part 120 which is formed as a recess in a center of the squeezing part to receive seeds. The squeezing part has a substantially conical shape protruding upward, and has an outer peripheral surface with a plurality of ridges protruding radially outward.
