A COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR HARVESTING AND PROCESSING NEERA� ABSTRACT The present disclosure relates to a composition for harvesting and processing of Neera. The composition of the present disclosure comprises an anti- fermentation mix which prevents auto-fermentation of Neera during harvesting. The present disclosure also relates to a method of processing the harvested Neera for purpose of storage or preparation of ancillary products of Neera. The Neera obtained by employing the composition and the processes of the instant disclosure is capable of retaining its nutritional quality, colour, taste and texture for a period of at least 3 months.
