The present invention relates to a novel mixed composition used in a shiitake cultivation method. The mixed composition is capable of improving a shitake growth speed by stimulating crista in mitochondria of shiitake to promote cell metabolism and improving the cell division speed of shiitake cells thereby. The mixed composition for enhancing a growth speed by shiitake crista stimulation according to the present invention can improve the cell division speed of shiitake by activating crista in mitochondria. Accordingly, the growth speed of shiitake can be increased. The mixed composition for improving a growth speed by shiitake crista stimulation according to the present invention is composed of magnesium stearate, potassium sorbate, magnesium carbonate, sodium alginate, and methylcellulose.본 발명은 표고버섯 재배 방법에 사용되는 새로운 혼합조성물에 관한 것으로, 표고버섯의 미토콘드리아 내의 크리스타(Crista)를 자극하여 세포대사를 촉진하고 이를 통하여 표고버섯 세포의 세포분열 속도를 향상시켜 표고버섯 생장 속도를 향상시킬 수 있는 혼합조성물에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 표고버섯 크리스타 자극을 통한 생장속도 향상을 위한 혼합조성물은 미토콘드리아(Mitochondria) 내의 크리스타(Crista)를 활성화시킴으로써, 표고버섯의 세포분열 속도를 향상시킬 수 있다. 이를 통하여 결과적으로 표고버섯의 생장속도를 증진시킬 수 있다.본 발명에 따른 표고버섯 크리스타 자극을 통한 생장속도 향상을 위한 혼합조성물은 스테아린산마그네슘, 소르빈산칼륨, 탄산마그네슘, 알긴산나트륨, 메틸셀룰로오스로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
