The present invention relates to an apparatus for constructing a fish shelter (a natural fish farm) using solar energy and underground temperature, wherein fishes can be safely cultivated all the year round and can be utilized to observe the fish ecology by using an underground space of a lake or reservoir storing water, a flowing river, or a sea beach. According to the present natural fish farm, an underground space with a proper depth and width is installed under the ground spaced apart from a lake, a reservoir, a flowing river, or a sea beach, for the purpose of using the underground temperature. A natural soil layer is installed on the bottom to cultivate water plants, and a plurality of column beams and fish houses (spaces) formed of a natural stone layer are installed on four inner side surfaces. Passages (pipes) are installed at both sides of the inner space (fish house), wherein the water from an external hose is circulated and fishes can enter through the passages (pipes). A plurality of tetragonal structured frameworks (roof strut beams) with appropriate specifications are installed in a tetragonal shape, wherein through the frameworks enables the installation of a plurality of movable type adiabatic roofs above the inner spaces (fish houses).
