A mobility assistance office chair, comprising: a wheelbase； a first set of wheels； a second set of wheels； a seatbase； a seat bottom； and a seat back. The second set of wheels has a radius that is long enough to allow a top portion of said second set of wheels to be within arm's reach of a user seated on the seat bottom, such that said user may manually use said second set of wheels to cause said mobility assistance office chair to move as powered by said user. The seat back may have an appearance of being an office chair seat back.
