The present invention provides a device to fill a pot with soil, capable of improving working efficiency by filling a plurality of pots, which are arranged and fixed on a tray for transferring the pots, with soil at the same time. The pot filling device comprises: a main body； a hopper installed in the body, storing soil, and including an outlet to discharge the soil on a lower portion thereof； and a supply means placed in the body to be located in the lower part of the hopper to supply a tray fixed and arranged with a plurality of pots to the outlet, thereby filling the pots with the soil discharged from the outlet. The supply unit includes a box-shaped body having a storage space for storing the tray and comprising a plurality of through holes formed on the upper surface to be connected to the upper part of the pots fixed to the tray.
