A composition comprising: a continuous aqueous phase, a discontinuous oil phase substantially homogenously distributed in said aqueous phase, said oil phase contains a sunscreen agent containing UV-absorbing polyester in an amount effective to provide said composition SPF (SPF) about 10 or more, the UV-absorbing polyester comprises the reaction product of polymerization of monomers containing a UV-absorbing triazole, diester, diol and polyol tetrolny iemulgator type "oil in water" emulsions containing an anionic emulsifier for emulsion type "oil in water" in an amount of from about 0.3% by weight. to about 3% by weight. of said composition, wherein said composition is substantially free of non-polymeric UV-absorbing sunscreen agent and in the absence of said UV absorbing polyester is less than 2.2 SPF. Composition according to Claim. 1, comprising from about 5% to about 50% of said UV absorbing compound poliefira.3. Composition according to Claim. 1, wherein said sunscreen agent consists essentially of said UV absorbing compound poliefira.4. Composition according to Claim. 1, containing about 7% or more of said UV absorbing compound poliefira.5. Composition according to Claim. 1, wherein said UV-absorbing polyester has a weight average molecular weight of about 4000 daltons or bolee.7.
