PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably perform an initialization operation.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic apparatus comprises: a movement mechanism comprising a drive unit for moving a movable unit to adjust a relative position between an apparatus body for examining a subject's eye and the subject's eye； drive control means for driving the drive unit according to an operation signal from an operation member operated by an examiner in order to move the movable unit with respect to the subject's eye； and initialization setting means for allowing the examiner to set in advance whether or not to activate an initialization operation for moving the movable unit to an initial position.
