A computer-aided design method of a customized implant (1) for a joint (2) of two bones of a patient, characterized in that it comprises the steps of: - positioning a virtual volume of prosthetic space (4) in a space of a virtual model (3), and with respect to an anatomical landmark reference of said hinge (2), so as to define two intersecting zones (5) between said virtual space congestion prosthetic (4) and articulation (2) of both bones； detecting the contours of said intersection zones (5)； - design the implant (1) to measure from a standard implant, which is adapted to the contours of the bearing surfaces (8a) of said standard implant with the previously detected contours which correspond to bone preparations for implantation of the implant； implant (1).
