PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stick-holding device reduced in a residual amount wash water.SOLUTION: The stick-holding device moves downward from above to hold a stick, is pivotally mounted on a fixing member via a pivot shaft stuck out of the sidewalls of a movable member, and is provided with a holding part constructed of the movable member and the fixing member.
