PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To employ a penis fixing wing or cylindrical penis fixing part which is inclined and extended so that thickness is reduced gradually from a glans fixing ring, for being easily attached to a penis of a user.SOLUTION: An auxiliary for sexual incompetence comprises: a glans storage chamber whose end part from a tip end is closed a glans fixing ring formed on a neck of the glans storage chamber so as to have small diameter and a penis fixing wing which is inclined and extended so that thickness is gradually reduced from the glans fixing ring and being separated into plural pieces. The auxiliary for sexual incompetence further comprises: an inner cylinder which can be turned in a longitudinal direction where the other end of the penis fixing wing is opened a glans part for covering the glans storage chamber of the inner cylinder from a tip end and a penis part for covering the penis fixing wing continuous to the glans part.
