The present invention relates to a combination device for oxygen supply and temperature control in a live fish transport car using a vortex tube, which secures freshness by applying the vortex tube for separating air into two cold and hot air streams as a temperature controlling device for water temperature of the live fish transport car and thus significantly improving a survival rate of a live fish; prevents unnecessary power consumption by being connected to an oxygen supplying device of the live fish transport car without a separate power supplying device for driving the vortex tube for controlling the water temperature; reduces a device size through connection of the vortex tube and the oxygen supplying device; includes space utilization which can be easily applied to the small live fish transport car; and improves dissemination and economics by being easily connected to the oxygen supplying device of a conventional live fish transport car. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the combination device for oxygen supply and temperature control in a live fish transport car using a vortex tube comprises: a car which includes a loading box for loading cargo in a back side; a water tank which forms a space for accommodating living things such as the live fish or the like with a fluid for the living things, is installed in the loading box, and stores the living things while being transported to a destination through movement of the car; an oxygen supplying unit which is installed in the loading box and supplies oxygen for survival of the living things; and the temperature controlling unit which is installed in the loading box and controls the water temperature to allow the fluid to maintain a temperature proper to the living things.본 개시는 냉온 두 가지 공기 기류로 분리해 내는 볼텍스 튜브를 활어차의 수온 조절용 온도조절기로 적용함으로써 활어의 생존율을 크게 향상시켜 신선도를 확보할 수 있고, 수온 조절을 위한 볼텍스 튜브의 구동을 위한 전력 공급장치를 별도 구비하지 않고 활어차의 산소공급기에 연동함으로써 불필요한 전력의 소비가 발생되지 않으며, 볼텍스 튜브와 산소공급기의 연동을 통해 장치 크기를 줄일 수 있고, 이를 통해
