PURPOSE: A conductive polydimethyl siloxane composite composition is provided to have excellent electric properties, flexibility, and biodegradability, and to be used in various fields. CONSTITUTION: A conductive polydimethyl siloxane composite composition comprises polydimethyl siloxane and conductive filler with an aspect ratio of 1 or more. The conductive filler is one or a mixture of two more selected from carbon nanotubes, carbon black, metal fiber, and graphene. A manufacturing method of the conductive polydimethyl siloxane composite composition comprises: a step of mixing the polydimethyl siloxane and the conductive filler at 25-50 °；C； and a step of cooling the mixture, adding polydimethyl siloxane, and diluting the mixture.
