A method of craniosacral manual therapy comprises the following: The patient is placed onto the flat support surface, the state of the backbone and its joints is diagnosed, craniosacral rhythm is tested. According to the results of examinations, the manual therapy is provided conforming to craniosacral rhythm. Each step of manual therapy comprises step-by-step compression directed on the diaphragms, namely pelvic, respiratory, cervical-thoracic, oral and cranial diaphragms. The tractions are performed holding the occipital prominences and ear auricles. The temporal bones are balanced, the forth ventricle is compressed, postisometric relaxation is performed. Each step comprises testing craniosacral rhythm. The soft manual therapy is performed coordinating craniosacral breathing and diaphragmatic breathing with traction of the cervical division of backbone on the support surface, the balancing of the first cervical vertebra, and traction of atlanto-occipital articulation. The traction holding the ears is performed with chattering the teeth. The exercises with respiratory diaphragm are performed in breathing-out, then compression and torsion follow, the compression in breathing-in and articulation.Спосіб краніосакральної мануальної терапії включає наступні етапи: пацієнта розміщують на плоскій опорній поверхні, з можливістю використання її у формуванні лікувальної дії на кожному етапі, проводять клінічну діагностику стану хребта та зчленувань, тестують краніосакральний ритм.
