The present invention relates to a mulching vinyl sheet fixing pack. The object of the technical implementation of the present invention is to stabilize a polyethylene film (mulching vinyl sheet), mulched to plowed rows in an agricultural field in a mulching operation executed on the plowed rows by using a pack member which has a simple ground fitting structure, reliably fix and support the mulching vinyl sheet thereon, and eliminate the need for a separate embedding operation using soil. Accordingly, the mulching vinyl sheet fixing pack can prevent the use of the polyethylene film (mulching vinyl sheet) exceeding the amount needed to cover an installation area, significantly enhance cost efficiency, and allow convenient and quick installation and usage. According to the present invention, the mulching vinyl sheet fixing pack, which is realized as the specific means for the above-described object, has a pack member having a striking unit and an insertion unit. The insertion unit includes a lower insertion rod and an exposed fixing rod formed to be connected to the upper surface of the lower insertion rod to form an integrated surface. A vinyl sheet coupling ring is additionally formed on a side surface of the upper part of the upper fixing rod in an integrated manner.
