Between the base piece 5 and the standing wall 6, a receiving recess 9 for housing food such as rice is formed. The height of the upper edge 17 of each of the side walls 13 and 13 constituting the upright wall 6 is gradually increased toward the tip. When the two containers 2 a and 2 b are folded so as to close, the side upright wall 13 a and the front upright wall 16 a of one container 3 a overlap the inner side of each of the side part standing wall 13 b and the front standing wall 16 b of the other container 3 b .
