The present application discloses an anti-a-syn antibody which preferentially recognizes a-syn aggregates. The antibody according to the present application binds with high affinity and specificity to a-syn aggregates, thereby inhibits accumulation thereof or intercellular communication thereof, and thus can be usefully employed in the detection, diagnosis, and/or treatment or prevention of various diseases caused by a-syn aggregate accumulation.La descripción describe anticuerpos anti-a-Sin que preferencialmente reconocen agregados a-Sin.
